"My name is Kendra Lady. I've worked with EEP Preschool Promise since September 2019. I've lived in Eugene since 2014, and I have four siblings, all living in different states! I got my BA in dance from the University of Oregon in June 2017, and have worked in various childcare/education-related fields since 2014 (nannying, teacher’s aide, PSW, etc…).
I have been dancing for 20 years and teach/perform with multiple studios and collectives in the Eugene area (including Xcape Dance Academy, Rebelle Movement, and the Fermata Ballet Collective). I also love hiking and backpacking, especially in the summer.

"Hi, I'm Ashton Carow. I've worked for Preschool Promise for about a year and half. I’m from Forest Grove, where my parents own two restaurants, I have 2 bothers who are older than me. I have a “step daughter”!! I have lived in Eugene for 2 years. I have an Associates Degree and I love music and going to festivals! I enjoy being outdoors. Going camping with my friends is my favorite thing to do in my free time! Going to new restaurants is always great time for me. I am also a cat lady."

"I'm Melanie Reicher. I started with Preschool Promise in September 2022. I was born in Las Vegas, NV but have been an Oregonian for 30 years. I have 2 sisters - Heather & Holly, and my husband, Damon, and I have 2 kiddos - Monroe 16 and Jax 15. I have been working with kids for 25 years: as a nanny, then fully immersed myself in volunteering at my kids Elementary school, then moved onto Early Childhood Cares in September of 2019 until now. My background is a full range of ages and learning styles, including special needs and learning abilities. In my free time I have many passions: cooking, gardening, kayaking, skiing, camping, going to festivals, anything involving music and my community. And last but not least, I love my family and traveling with them. It's the best gift I’ve ever been given!! I get through life with humor, love and kindness and my drive is people and the love I have for them😊"
